I am delighted to be supporting one of my clients, based in London as they look to recruit for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to join the business.

Title: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager

Salary: Circa 61k per annum

Working pattern: Hybrid - 50/50 split

Term: Full Time & permanent

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing and delivering the new global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy.

About the Role

  • To lead on the development and implementation of localised DEIB plans for our international regions (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia)
  • To support the international leaders in delivering the firm's DEIB objectives
  • To support the Head of DEIB in shaping and delivering sub DEIB agenda plans
  • To lead on the implementation of the firm's various DEIB plans through the employee life cycle
  • To collaborate with the Policy Lead to help ensure our policies support greater inclusion and belonging
  • To work with the L&D Team to shape the DEIB curriculum and create content

Experience required:

To be considered for this role you must meet the following skills and experience

  • Strong expertise in DEIB including sub-agendas, challenges, current trends
  • Experience of designing and delivering localised evidence-based DEIB strategies in an international context
  • Experience in using and analysing data to identify gaps/trends, inform DEIB strategies and measure impact
  • Experience of building relationships, managing and engaging with a multitude of stakeholders including at senior level to grow engagement and deliver change
  • Good understanding of Learning & Development and Policies in the context of DEIB
