  • Our client, a prominent Public Sector organization in West London, is seeking an experienced Employee Engagement specialist for a permanent position in their People & Culture team.

Our client, a leading Public Sector organisation based in West London now has an opportunity for an experienced Employee Engagement specialist to join their People & Culture team on a permanent basis.

Please note: this role is predominantly office-based (minimum 4 days pw) at offices located in West London.

In this newly created role of Employee Engagement Manager you will focus on developing and implementing a range of strategies and interventions across the organisation relating to Employee Engagement, Inclusion, Belonging and Wellbeing.

This will include devising and implementing programmes to develop and retain talent, providing subject matter expertise and guidance on employee engagement to senior leaders and managers, overseeing EDI and Wellbeing events and communications, and much more!

To be considered you will require:

  • CIPD qualification at Level 5 or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar Employee Engagement role, acting as a subject matter expert
  • Project management experience in EDI and Wellbeing initiatives
