Contract - 12 month FTC

Location - London/Hybrid

Salary - Circa £90,000

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Global Professional services firm on the recruitment of an Employee Relations Team Lead for a 12 month FTC.

This role (reporting directly into the HRD) will be responsible for leading the team of 13 Employee Relations specialists.

You will develop and implement the ER strategy, provide direction and support to the ER team and the wider business, oversee the more senior level complex cases, ensure the ER function delivers in a timely manner, oversee the team's development and much more.

This role will suit a very knowledgeable ER professional from a global complex matrix organisation. You will need to showcase previous experience of managing a large team and have the ability and skills to execute the ER strategy.

You will have / need:-

  • Previous experience leading a large ER team
  • Ability to create and implement ER Strategy
  • Experience in a global complex matrix regulated organisation
  • Specialist in ER (not a generalist wanting to specialise)
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • Hands on with ER when needed
  • Ability to start within the next few weeks and hit the ground running

This role offers excellent hybrid working of around 2 days office (London) 3 from home

The salary on offer is c £90,000 plus bonus and benefits
