About the Job

As an Employee Relations Expert/Manager, you will lead a team of ER/HR Advisors, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR Business Partners and leadership, you'll be the go-to person for managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law, and championing best practices across the organisation.

Duties will include:

  • Managing and mentoring the ER/HR Advisory team to deliver exceptional support.
  • Handling escalated ER/HR queries and ensuring effective resolution.
  • Designing, reviewing, and enhancing HR processes and policies in line with legislation.
  • Supporting the delivery of training initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Analysing and presenting HR data to drive informed decisions. 
  • Providing expertise on internal complaints and employee relations cases.
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Leading on HR projects, including those related to acquisitions.
  • Data reporting and manipulation.
