Employee Relations - People Partner

Location: West London - 1 day at home

Temporary: Immediate start

Duration: 3-4 months

Hourly rate: £30-£33 p/h

Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them a People Manager to oversee to HR Advisor's and ensuring that the Employee Relations cases are managed in a timely manner, in addition they would like someone who can review current workforce planning, managing performance and ER related matters. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex employee relations case management 
  • Supporting 2 HR Advisors 
  • Be part of workforce planning, performance management
  • Support with HR strategy projects
  • Working with Senior stakeholders 

Requirements:

  • ER case management 
  • Previous experience at manager level 
  • Experience of being involved in change management projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
