An Interim ER Manager is needed to assist the Head of HR with various employee relations cases in the Luxury Hospitality sector.
This is a part-time role requiring three days of work per week, based fully on-site in Central London.
The position offers an immediate start with a minimum assignment duration of two months and a strong potential for extension.
Candidates should be immediately available, possess strong ER case management skills, and have some knowledge or experience with trade unions.
Experience in Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, or similar fields is preferred, and the salary details have not been specified.
