Tiger is partnering with a successful Financial Services firm to find a Global Head of HR in the City of London.
The role offers a salary range of £80,000 to £120,000 per annum and requires proven experience in the financial services industry.
Candidates should have a background in a Head of HR role or a senior position, with the ability to manage and support HR Managers across global regions.
Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring FCA compliance, and collaborating with leadership teams to support growth.
A willingness to travel occasionally is necessary, and while an HR degree is preferred, it is not essential.

Tiger are proud to be partnering with a successful Financial Services firm in their search for a Global Head of HR!Role: Global Head of HRWhere: City of London When: Monday - Friday / Fridays WFH Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum What you'll do:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals
Ensure the firm is fully compliant with FCA regulations
Manage and support 5 HR Managers over various global regions
Lead company-wide change projects in collaboration with L&D, Talent Acquisition, Reward and People Operations
Monitor company performance, analyse data and report into C-Suite
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement strategies to support growth
Undertake compliance support and ensure correct procedures are being carried out
Oversee performance reviews
Undertake on-boarding and off-boarding when necessary
Adhoc people based tasks

What you'll need:

PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
Proven experience within a Head of HR role or senior position
Must be willing to travel when needed (not often)
Experience within working and supporting various internal groups
HR degree is preferred, but not essential
