- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals
- Ensure the firm is fully compliant with FCA regulations
- Manage and support 5 HR Managers over various global regions
- Lead company-wide change projects in collaboration with L&D, Talent Acquisition, Reward and People Operations
- Monitor company performance, analyse data and report into C-Suite
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement strategies to support growth
- Undertake compliance support and ensure correct procedures are being carried out
- Oversee performance reviews
- Undertake on-boarding and off-boarding when necessary
- Adhoc people based tasks
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
- Proven experience within a Head of HR role or senior position
- Must be willing to travel when needed (not often)
- Experience within working and supporting various internal groups
- HR degree is preferred, but not essential
