Tiger are proud to be partnering with a successful Financial Services firm in their search for a Global Head of HR!Role: Global Head of HRWhere: City of London When: Monday - Friday / Fridays WFH Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum What you'll do: 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals
  • Ensure the firm is fully compliant with FCA regulations
  • Manage and support 5 HR Managers over various global regions
  • Lead company-wide change projects in collaboration with L&D, Talent Acquisition, Reward and People Operations
  • Monitor company performance, analyse data and report into C-Suite 
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement strategies to support growth 
  • Undertake compliance support and ensure correct procedures are being carried out
  • Oversee performance reviews 
  • Undertake on-boarding and off-boarding when necessary
  • Adhoc people based tasks
What you'll need:
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
  • Proven experience within a Head of HR role or senior position 
  • Must be willing to travel when needed (not often)
  • Experience within working and supporting various internal groups
  • HR degree is preferred, but not essential
