Your new company

Working for a prestigious and global energy business with head office based in central London. This is a high calibre client who is looking for an exceptional HR Manager to support the UK central service's client base as well as some global touch.

Your new role

You will support your client base with a generalist remit partnering with Senior Stakeholders to provide a sound advisory service. You will work in the very heart of the business and be visual and accessible to the wider network and will be responsible for the delivery of the people strategy. This will include recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations and ensuring risk mitigation when it comes to complex HR issues. You will focus on talent, specifically early careers, as well as work closely with the Comps & Bens team to drive change as well as the analysts to identify trends to enable business decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will ideally have a CIPD L5 as a minimum or at least working towards this
  • Degree educated (essential)
  • Experience of working in a busy and professional working environment
  • Have excellent communication and written skills and be able to articulate conversations with high-profile stakeholder
