The purpose of this role is to develop and lead a small team in the successful implementation and delivery of Employee Relations support across this rapidly expanding business. You would be working very closely with all areas of the business and be given exposure to a number of exciting projects that are being rolled out. They would like to find someone who has a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing and you would have the opportunity to put these skills to use across your team/HR and the wider business.

You will have a wide remit to be creative and introduce new ways of working as well as deliver and implement commercially based and practical recommendations to mitigate ER related risks. This will involve collaborating with wider HR team such as Generalists, D&I, Risk, Recruitment and other business areas to ensure risks to the firm are identified and addressed effectively where relevant.

As a strong leader and mentor you will develop the ER team to drive a high performing culture, acting as an ambassador to implement new ways of working.

To be considered:

  • Experience of complex ER issues (including tribunal claims) and solid expertise around employment legislation and best practice;
  • Experience of working within professional services (ideal but not essential);
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to adapt your style to different individuals/situations.
  • Proven experience of developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to implement change and new ways of working.
