On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Head of Graduate Training & Programme Management for a 6 month contract based in London. (Hybrid Working)

Purpose of the role:

Talent Sourcing and Graduate practitioners are a dedicated team forming part of the wider Capability organisation within HR, with strong partnerships & relationships with divisional businesses and infrastructure functions. The Graduate function partners Senior Management to embed the junior talent and Early Careers strategy into the broader People Agenda at Deutsche Bank. You will lead the Global Training and Programme management team delivering the Graduate Orientation, training, rotational programmes and 12 month learning strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the management and accountability of the global team of Training & Programme managers
  • Partnering with Regional recruitment teams, Divisional Graduate Advisory Boards and Syllabus Committees, Employer Brand, Communications teams
  • Training & developing diverse high quality intern, graduate and apprenticeship classes in line with business requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate governance and control framework around data, team management, training process, communications and vendors
  • Providing expertise & operational governance internally across the talent agenda
  • Ensuring brand integrity & authenticity - delivery on promise
  • Supporting Business & HR stakeholder management & best practice consultancy

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience managing a global team
  • Graduate Training & Programme management expertise - additional Learning & Development experience an advantage
  • Ability to manage high volume & operational delivery
  • Strategic ability to create change, challenge status quo & inspire and lead others
  • Ability to influence without management lines
  • An understanding of key trends and markets, research & generations
  • Interest in the Future of Work & application from a talent perspective
