Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader with a passion for shaping company culture and driving operational excellence? A dynamic and growing fin-tech company is seeking a Head of HR & Operations to lead its people strategy and support business expansion.

The Role:

As the Head of HR & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies while overseeing key operational functions. Reporting to the leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR operations, including policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Lead operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability across the business.
  • Drive learning and development programs to support career growth and skill development.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor relationships.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with exposure to operational leadership, ideally within fin-tech, technology, or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in scaling HR processes in a high-growth environment is a plus.
