A prestigious international bank is seeking an experienced HR Manager in a "hands on broad generalist" role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a small HR team and all aspects of HR including payroll, recruitment, ER, Senior Managers Regime etc for the London office
  • Developing/implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing relationships with external service providers e.g. payroll companies, private medical, pension, life assurance providers, lawyers etc
  • Managing disciplinary/grievance and performance/HR issues
  • Managing HR projects

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive proven HR management experience gained within banking/investment management in a broad generalist "hands on" role and managing a team
  • CIPD qualified - level 7
  • Good initiative, proactive leadership skills, ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise at all levels internally & externally and build relationships
  • Degree educated
  • Strong IT skills
