Head of HR | Perm role | £80k-£85k | Membership organisation | Hybrid | Central London offices

This newly created Head of HR position with a renown membership body will lead the HR function during an exciting period of change and renewal. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic HR leadership to a team of 5, and provide a leading HR service to a workforce of circa 250-300. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Development of all HR and Organisation Design strategies
  • Identify areas of improvement from an HR perspective, including talent management and development
  • Lead on a series of HR-related projects including organisation design, pay frameworks, and ERP
  • Line management of an HR Business Partner and HR Operations Manager, with oversight of 2 administrators and an Recruitment Specialist

Our client is looking for an seasoned Head of HR with significant experience in OD, team and senior stakeholder management, with expert knowledge in attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent.

The organisation have a fantastic working culture and hold themselves to a high standard for their members. They work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week) from offices in central London and offer fantastic benefits including a generous annual leave allowance and competitive employer pension contributions.

First stage interviews will take place in-person w/c 10th March, with second stage interviews taking place w/c 17th March.
