Seeking a highly experienced Head of HR Operations, with a global remit, to initially assess the current shared services model and explore improvement opportunities then govern, lead & manage day-to-day HR operations and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance and a positive employee experience.

This is a global organisation with a workforce of 20,000 employees across 50+ countries.

Description

  • Own all key business processes for the newly centralised group HR function
  • Responsible for mapping out the future state of HR operations to enable the HR transformation
  • Assess the current shared services model and explore improvement opportunities
  • Understand the different processes, policies and practices across all locations, driving harmonisation, streamlining and improvements to create better experiences and more efficient processes while ensuring appropriate balance between standardisation & localisation / compliance
  • Establish the company's HRIT strategy in conjunction with IT team
  • Manage the HR operations budget, controlling costs and allocating resources to maximise ROI
  • Create a culture that enables the transition to manager and employee self-service reducing HR administrative work
  • Lead on projects that support both the HR Ops roadmap and wider HR objectives
  • Work closely with senior management to align HR operations with business goals.

Profile

A successful Global Head of HR Operations should have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations or HR Shared Services leader
  • HR transformation expertise
  • Global HR Systems experience
  • Global or International experience
  • Desirable, experience of shared services based in India
  • Process/performance improvement
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Job Offer

  • An attractive salary package of around £150,000 - £180,000 yearly, plus bonus.
