Seeking a Head of People for an 80 FTE organisation reporting to the MD helping to shape the future of the firm, aligning people strategies with commercial and business goals. As the Head of People, you will be a trusted advisor to the MD and leadership team, guiding them on people-related matters that are crucial for the firm's growth and efficiency. Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis, designing employee rewards that align with business objectives.Partnerships & Accreditations: Manage accreditations and networks within DEI, Sustainability, and Social Impact, enhancing the firm's reputation and commitment to excellence.Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles ideally within sales environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
  • Experience leading change initiatives across multiple divisions and/or locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.
