Our client is looking for a Head of People to join their Leadership Team at a London-based professional services firm. The Head of People will oversee the design and implementation of people strategies that nurture the firm’s culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Talent Acquisition and manage the end-end hiring process
  • Develop and execute initiatives for leadership growth and succession planning
  • Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with employment law and policies
  • Lead People Strategy and align people initiatives with company goals
  • Develop the firs Culture and champion well-being, engagement, and company values

Experience required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR leadership positions
  • Proven expertise in organisational design and cultivating company culture
  • Track record of successfully scaling HR processes in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • CIPD certification (preferred).
  • Skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
