A leading media organisation are looking for a Head of Reward to join for maternity cover, in their London based offices, as soon as possible either full time or on a part time basis (4 days).
You'll will be responsible for maintaining their current reward strategy through a period of change whilst continuing the implementation of new initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a team to develop competitive pay structures, benefits programmes, and performance-based incentives that align with the company objectives and values. You will also oversee all aspects of compensation, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay reviews. Data is at the heart of the reward team's goals - you will be system and data savvy to be able to use data and insights to continuously improve reward programmes and policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing UK reward programmes within a media or creative environment. You will be an expert in your field, with strong stakeholder and team management skills as well as a data-driven approach.
