This pivotal role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to enhance talent pipelines and implement scalable systems to support growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals, partnering with executives to identify hiring needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline recruitment processes, oversee executive hiring, and drive adoption of technology to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser to enhance community engagement and diversity initiatives.
  • Team Enablement: Mentor HR professionals and foster collaboration between teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Change Management: Lead recruitment improvements while balancing immediate needs and long-term goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading recruitment functions in complex, multi-entity organisations.
  • Expertise in volume recruitment and executive hiring.
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Open on sector background but important to have experience working in an organisation with multiple business units or divisions.
