Have you got experience working as a senior HR leader within the criminal justice system - prisons, courts, community service and rehabilitation, or similar?
My client are a charitable organisation working in this space, and seeking their next HR Director to take over stewardship of this important role.
Reporting to the CEO and stepping into a well-established executive team at an important time for the charity, with developments in their service offering and legislation that impacts them.
This role could be part time or full time (anywhere between 30 and 37 hours per week, it's your choice) and is a hybrid role working 50/50 between the London office and home.
There will also be travel, to other sites around England and Wales, so some flexibility is important for this (includes overnight stays)
Salary up to £80,000 (FTE) alongside a super benefits package that includes enhanced pension, generous holiday allowance, life insurance, health/wellbeing provisions and more.
You should be CIPD qualified and have a track record of leading effective and collaborative HR teams, with an excellent knowledge of employment law and experience in managing change.
Developing and executing HR strategy, with a particular focus on EDI, and acting as trusted advisor/business partner to the senior leaders within the organisation.
