Reporting to the COO and working closely with the current HR Director and senior leadership, you will provide high-level HR expertise across the business, ensuring alignment with our company values and commercial objectives.Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and executing the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partnering with the executive team to support organisational growth and transformation.
  • Overseeing all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Driving performance management processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Managing and developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the business.
  • Advising on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Leading on key HR projects, including organisational change, culture initiatives, and leadership development.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment law and mitigating risks within the business.
  • Supporting leadership and line managers with coaching and development.
They are seeking a seasoned HR leader who has operated at HR Director or Head of People level within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key requirements:The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Director, Head of People, or an equivalent senior HR role, with strong strategic acumen and a hands-on approach. They should possess a deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practice HR policies, along with excellent leadership and influencing skills, a proactive and collaborative mindset, and experience in industrial, construction, or property sectors (desirable but not essential).Benefits:
