As the UK HRD, you will be responsible for ensuring a business aligned people strategy and leading a national, cross-functional HR team of c20. You will report to the MD, based in London, form part of their senior leadership team and work with this group to deliver business goals. You will be leading the HR function in a post-acquisitive environment and have a mixed customer group with both corporate, technical leaders and operational, site-based employees. You will lead cultural change and transformation projects, focus on future proofing the business and work to ensure they remain competitive when it comes to attracting and retaining talent. You will also consider how automation can enhance the HR offering.
You will be a commercial HR Director with proven experience in leading a UK HR function, and a national, experienced HR team. You will be accustomed to partnering SLT to understand business requirements, working with regional, site-based employees and delivering in a fast-paced, change-based - acquisitive / merger / TUPE heavy - commercial business. The HRD will be well versed in leading cultural change and transformation, ideally linked to acquisition.
Base salary of c£1250,000 - £140,000 DoE, bonus and pack with a few days per week in London.
