Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic events business at a pivotal time of growth on a 12 month maternity cover (to start Feb/ March).
Reporting into the Head of People, you will oversee the day to day running of the HR function and delivery of HR life-cycle processes, in collaboration with the wider team - line management of 2 HR administrators.
You'll collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on exciting strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.
You'll be expected to implement new processes and improve existing ones. The right person will thrive in an ambiguous, fast moving environment, be an amazing problem solver, and a HRIS, systems, and data guru!
They operate a hybrid working model, with 3 days a week in their lively office based in West Central London, alongside some fantastic benefits.
