We looking for an experience HR professional ready to make an immediate impact. Our client, a dynamic financial services firm based in Central London are seeking a proactive and accomplished HR Manager for a 2-month contract. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a proven track record in building and refining HR departments.

To be suitable for this role the candidate must be able to start immediately and level 5 CIPD qualified or above. 

Key Responsibilities will include; 

HR department build-Out: Establish and structure the HR function to support our growing team effectively.

Onboarding process management: Oversee and streamline the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a seamless transition for all employees.

Creation of policies and procedures: Develop and implement company policies and HR procedures in line with best practices and legal compliance.

HR generalist duties: Provide day-to-day support on a range of HR activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to start immediately.
  • Proven HR expertise: Strong experience in HR management, preferably within fast-paced or professional environments.
  • Policy and procedure development: Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR frameworks.
  • Organised and collaborative: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work closely with leadership to meet organisational goals.
