Edward Mann are recruiting for a HR Manager position on behalf of a growing Private Healthcare business based in Central London.
The business currently work with an outsourced provider for HR operations and they're now looking to bring HR operations in house, so this position will be the first HR hire in-house. With that in mind, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build out and lead a full HR operation.
The HR Manager will be responsible for structuring and maintaining robust HR Policies, promoting staff development and foster an inclusive and positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- HR Operations and Compliance (Employment Laws, GDPR, CQC, etc)
- Employee Relations
- Learning and Development
- Employee Engagement and Well-being
- HR Strategy
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced HR Manager/Senior HR professional
- Experience in a CQC regulated industry, such as Healthcare, Social Care, or similar
- Strong understanding of UK employment laws
- CIPD Level 5 or above - desirable, not essential
