We are working with the independent music brand of c100 employees, currently undergoing an exciting period of change and growth. We are looking for a HR Manager to join a small HR team of 3 and help shape their workplace culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take on a broad generalist HR role with both strategic and operational responsibilities. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be part of a small but dynamic team, leading on key initiatives while overseeing day-to-day HR operations and line managing HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations (ER): Managing and resolving complex ER cases end to end.
  • Team Management: Leading and mentoring team members within the People function.
  • Talent Development: Driving initiatives to develop and retain talent.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Enhancing the employee experience from day one.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (EDI): Leading and supporting EDI projects to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with teams to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Projects: Contributing to strategic people initiatives during this exciting phase of change.

This role is ideal for an HR Manager looking to broaden their leadership experience or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up.

Based in central London, hybrid working: 2 days in the office
