* Standalone HR Manager for a Kensington based SME

* Property/Real Estate sector

* Paying up to £65,000 plus bonus potential and benefits. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)

A successful West London property company are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:

- HR operations

- Implementing HR strategy, policies and procedures

- Reviewing of compensation and benefits 

- Collating of payroll information for outsourced provider

- Management of employee relations and performance reviews

- Creating and fostering culture and values

- Supporting the implementation of HRIS

- HR Projects

To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Ideally standalone HR experience within an SME environment

- Strong hands-on experience across HR operations

- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice

- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Ideally some experience in supporting system implementations

- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
