Are you a highly experienced and strategic HR professional seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity in the heart of London?

Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with an established business who are seeking a skilled and adaptable HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment, operating autonomously and wielding a breadth of HR expertise. Working 3 days a week, with 2 days based in their central London office, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, acting as a true HR partner. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who has ideally previously thrived in a standalone role, confidently managing a wide range of HR responsibilities while working at a senior level.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional HR services across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

You will be a strategic thinker, adept at contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

Experience in a fast-paced and often demanding environment is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a confident and articulate individual who can excel within a dynamic and challenging environment.

This role offers a pro-rata salary based on a full-time equivalent of 65,000 - 80,000, reflecting the crucial nature of this role within our organisation.
