Key Responsibilities
- Develop and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage recruitment and on boardingacross the UK/EU region.
- Oversee the employee life cycle: retention, engagement, promotions, and performance.
- Plan team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Ensure legal compliance and optimise compensation and benefits.
- Foster collaboration by addressing employee relations and concerns.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to maximiseproductivity.
- Manage office operations, including calendars, supplies, and reporting.
- Enforce physical and cyber security policies.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- 3+ years of HR management or HR executive experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Three days in office a week (London)
