Role Summary
A modern medium sized law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a HR Manager to lead its small HR function.
Working in a business that employs around 150 staff across multiple offices you will be responsible for managing the businesses HR process. You will work in a small team with 1-2 assistants but report directly to the Directors in the business as well as around five legal team managers.
Duties (not exhaustive) - recruitment and onboarding, employee reviews, offboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits, holiday and absence administration, compliance, training and development, compliance and documentation.
The role is full time and hours 09.15-17.45.
A good amount of remote working is available - As an average you will likely work from home two days per week. The rest of the time will be based in the City of London. You will also be required to travel to offices located in the home counties infrequently, perhaps once per fortnight.

Experience Required (essential)
- CIPD accreditation - Level 5 +
- At least 5 years’ experience working within a professional service setting
- IT proficiency
- Ability and willingness to travel to offices outside of London occasionally (1-3 times per month)
