HR Manager, Construction, £50-65K + Bonus Permanent, Hybrid Working, 3 days in Office Working for one of the largest rail engineering companies in the UK, this company is fast moving, and agile. Looking for an HR Manager to manage a team of HR advisors who will be responsible for end to end HR operations and strategy across the South of England. Your new role

Over seeing a team of 5, you will lead the team in ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to and that all Employee Relation cases are handled in a timely manner and in line with company SLA's. You will ensure that all cases are logged and processes are followed in the correct way, along with follow-ups, recommendations and next steps advised. This will involve all levels, from disciplinaries to grievances, performance, absence, sickness, as well as managing TUPE and Redundancies. You will ensure that stakeholder and shareholder relationships are maintained and that the HR strategy is delivered.This is an extremely busy and fast-paced role and requires a candidate with experience of working in multidisciplined and matrix organisations.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be CIPD L5 (or equivalent)Experience of managing a team of HR professionals, 3 headcount + Have managed high volume and complex cases of ER - Including TUPE & Unions Recent experience of working with a blue-collar workforce
