- Work alongside the COO as a standalone HR Manager to drive and influence the People agenda.
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to; Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, and Recruitment.
- Coach and guide managers on ER cases and performance management processes.
- Identify learning and development needs, and organise subsequent trainings and workshops.
- Support the COO with Recruitment efforts, and conduct inductions for new joiners.
- Administer monthly payroll and track any changes, and work with the COO on regular salary benchmarking.
- 5yrs HR experience, preferably in a small organisation
- Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Great communication skills, capable of building credibility and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Open minded individual - no task is too small!
