HR manager - Remote salary between 40/60k plus bonus and great benefitsRequired for this fast growing luxury worldwide your operator. They are looking for an experienced HR manager who must have worked in the travel industry, ideally for another tour operator.HR Managers duties-Leading the organisation’s core HR functions-Liaising directly with the Board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function, as well as providing strategic advice on all people matters- Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development- Expanding the worldwide Learning & Development capability to ensure our desired culture of self-learning is embedded and supported through appropriate systems and resource- Developing company wellbeing, health and counseling policies- Obtaining and interpreting key employee feedback and data into an effective and commercially-focused HR and people strategy, working with senior management to create a more engaged culture- Creating and managing the HR department’s annual budget- Overseeing investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance-Acting as the externally facing representative of HR for the organizationHR managers skills required-HR manager experience is travel is a must, ideally for a tour operator -Ideally the successful candidate will have a HR qualification-Happy with remote but if you are based in the South East a day or two in the office per week would be ideal Additional information-Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm-Great benefits including 23 days holidays, birthday off, travel allowance, pension plus many more great benefitsIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59549
