  • Leading recruitment and onboarding to ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Analysing HR data to create reports and inform future strategies.

Desired Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have strong HR management experience within the design and construction industry or similar fast-paced, project-driven environments. You should have a CIPD qualification, proven experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, with the ability to influence senior leadership and support a diverse team.
