Our client is growing fast and is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Head of People, you will have the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the People Function offering advice and end-to-end stakeholder support in areas such as Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Performance Management. You will also play a key role in supporting the Head of People, actively contributing to the development and implementation of people strategies and cultivating company culture that is collaborative, innovative, inclusive, empowering, sustainable and optimistic.

  • Day-to-day Business Partnering around Recruitment Employee Relations, Performance Management and Learning & development.
  • Manage the Employee Relations casework
  • Manage mid-senior level Recruitment processes
  • Ownership of the employee benefits
  • Identify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning
  • HR policy framework development
  • Ad-hoc Projects

You will require the following experience:-

  • Previous HR experience in a fast-paced commercial environment ideally Facilities Management/Logistics
  • Experience of managing a busy Employee Relations caseload
  • TUPE Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Law
  • Learning & Development
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence at all levels

In return they offer a salary of up to £50-55,000 plus good benefits.
