  • Influence the direction of HR operations and work closely with the HR Director and London-based Partners to influence initiatives.
  • Lead on all employee relations cases and all annual processes including performance management and Year-End appraisals.
  • Support the implementation of Workday and integrate new modules to the HRIS.
  • Line Manage and actively support the development of 2 HR Assistants.
  • Effective management of recruitment and training processes and external vendors.
  • Prepare payroll for multiple entities.
  • Partner with the global HR team on companywide projects and initiatives.
What is the company looking for? 
  • 8-10 years’ HR Experience is essential
  • Previous experience working in mid-sized Financial Services or Professional Services firm highly desirable
  • Exposure to support HR across multiple geographies is a huge plus
  • Proactive, and resourceful individual who is comfortable working autonomously and also collaboratively
  • Experience with Workday a bonus!
