What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Finance Director who will give you freedom and autonomy so manage the HR function as you see best, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the people agenda while partnering with managers and employees to create a culture where everyone thrives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Own and streamline the entire employee lifecycle- from onboarding to performance management, training, and beyond!Be the go-to HR expert supporting managers with recruitment, employee relations, and best HR practices.Supercharge employee engagement—because a winning team starts with a powerful culture!Ensure compliance with UK employment laws while keeping HR policies sharp and ahead of the curve.Partner with finance to make payroll and benefits administration seamless and efficient.Manage cutting-edge HR systems (HiBob, E-Learning platform) to keep everything running smoothly.Champion wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion—because when people thrive, business soars!

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, passionate, and people-oriented. You’ll excel in this role if you have:

  • Solid operational HR experience ideally gained within a small to medium sized company
  • A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD part-qualified/qualified status (or equivalent HR degree).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A detail-focused and results-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
