- Working with head of HR, ensure that there is an effective, objective tool for managing performance and identifying personal development requirements within the firm
- Run full reviews and implementation to completion, linking to key strategic initiatives as set out by the HR leadership team.

- Overall responsibility for design and implementation of the global staff benefits and well-being programmes, linking to key strategic initiatives as set out by the HR leadership team.
- Building up relationships and checking in with colleagues locally through HR team partnering model.
- Conflict management and resolution support.
- Lead support on all regional terminations, working closely with Head of HR and General Counsel.
- Overall responsibility for appropriate HR policies, guidance and employment contracts to be in place across the globe, working with local HR managers and the legal team, and ensuring proper communication of them.
- In conjunction with legal, review and maintain people related contracts, policies and procedures; and ensure proper communication of them.
- Maintain an expertise in employment law and wider HR market trends to adapt and continue to add value to current ways of working and policies.

- 7+ years' experience in HR
- Ideally qualified with CIPD Level 7
