A leading engineers based close to Euston and Kings Cross station are seeking an HR Advisor to for a 16 month maternity contract.

This is a full generalist role working in a lovely friendly team. You will have an HR Assistant working alongside you and you will need to have had line management experience. Based in the London head office you will look after the people nationally and may from time to time be required to visit the companies other 8 offices.

Responsibilities include

  • Assisting managers with employee relation matters, you will need to be able to demonstrate good experience in this area
  • Manager the We invest in People re-accreditation (platinum)
  • Oversee the employee handbook, policies and procedures
  • Provide the board with people reporting data as required
  • Manage and coordinate Mental Health Awareness Week and Wellness awareness events
  • Conduct probation reviews and exit interviews
  • Recruitment - assisting Managers and keeping the PSL
  • Manage visa's and right to work checks.
  • Line management of the HR Administrator.
