Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or similar role within the educational sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.) specific to educational institutions.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and educational regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
