Our client, a leading healthcare charity, is seeking an Interim HR Manager on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to drive key HR projects and changes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will support project delivery within the HR team.

This role will be a minimum of 6 Months and offers fantastic Hybrid working arrnageemnts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Engagement: Develop wellbeing calendar, lead staff engagement committee, organise events and quarterly staff award panels.
  • Onboarding & Probation: Oversee onboarding processes and probation training for managers.
  • Training & Development: Manage annual training plans, performance reviews, and forecast reward increments.
  • HR Systems: Lead HR system migration to SharePoint and automate appraisals and training processes.
  • HR Advice: Advise on complex HR cases and support HR Officer in the Director of People’s absence.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
  • Proven HR project management, system automation, and delivery experience.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in managing complex HR cases and providing guidance.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
