HR Manager - SME

* Based in Kensington, West London

* Paying £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)

A West London property company are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:

- HR operations

- Implementing HR  policies and procedures

- Employee engagement initiatives

- Implementing coaching and development

- Employee relations

- Performance Management 

- HRIS selection and implementation project

- Staff recruitment

- HR Projects

To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- SME background

- Strong hands-on experience across HR operations

- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice

- Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders 

- Experience of implementing training and development 

- Strong performance management experience
