- Influence the direction of HR operations and work closely with the HR Director and London-based Partners to influence initiatives.
- Lead on all employee relations cases and all annual processes including performance management and Year-End appraisals.
- Support the implementation of Workday and integrate new modules to the HRIS.
- Line Manage and actively support the development of 2 HR Assistants.
- Effective management of recruitment and training processes and external vendors.
- Prepare payroll for multiple entities.
- Partner with the global HR team on companywide projects and initiatives.
- 8-10 years’ HR Experience is essential
- Previous experience working in mid-sized Financial Services or Professional Services firm highly desirable
- Exposure to support HR across multiple geographies is a huge plus
- Proactive, and resourceful individual who is comfortable working autonomously and also collaboratively
- Experience with Workday a bonus!
