Some of the responsibilities include the following:-

  • Coaching , empowering the operational team on owning and dealing with all elements of employee relations
  • Implementing performance management systems
  • Reviewing and analysing HR metrics to minimise risks, identify trends and improve performance
  • Establishing and leading on recruitment and on-boarding procedures

The ideal person will have :-

  • 3-5 years generalist HR management experience
  • Experience developing people strategy, performance management, engagement , talent and retention
  • A thorough understanding of HR policies, employment law etc
  • Management of HRIS programmes
