Manpower manufacturing are seeking an experienced HR Manager for one of our prestigious partners, a well-established agro-industrial company that is embarking on an exciting global expansion journey.

As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for an Italian speaking HR Manager to spearhead the establishment of their new headquarters office in London. This role offers a unique chance to play a key leadership role in shaping the company's future in the UK and across their global markets, overseeing HR strategy, talent acquisition, organisational development and driving their goal of being a people centric organisation. There is also the opportunity to build your own team!

The successful candidate will manage both local and international recruitment, on-boarding, compliance and labour law adherence. The ideal candidate will oversee personnel administration, labour cost management and global mobility, ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the UK and internationally (mainly Africa region). You will report to the General Director and work closely with the HR Corporate Team in Italy.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, on-boarding, and HR compliance within an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK labour laws, HSE regulations, and global mobility policies.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage HR operations within budgetary constraints.
  • Proficiency in HR software's and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Italian language
  • Experience working with companies operating internationally. (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of HR practices in UK/International legal jurisdictions. (advantageous)
