Your new role
Hays are working exclusively with this global business to find an Italian-speaking HR Manager to join the growing UK office with a current head count of 5, which is increasing to around 15+ next year. You will be the main point of contact for all UK HR related queries providing guidance on Employment Law, managing UK recruitment, onboarding and all the administration that comes with this. You will also manage the Payroll for the UK of around as well the newly recruited employees covering the global projects which is currently around 15, this can increase and decrease depending on business needs. You will also support the implementation of the new HRIS systems starting in January.Reporting directly to the HR Director based in Italy, you will also be in daily communication with the Italian HR team and, so fluent Italian is essential for this role. As this is a newly created role, you need to be flexible and agile in your approach and understand that this role will lead in different directions depending on the workloads and projects. It is essential that you are comfortable with Excel, namely pivot tables and data reporting.
