Your new roleThis is a standalone HR Manager role which is responsible for end to end HR matters, from hiring, performance management, stakeholder management and all the fun things like arranging office socials!

  • Managing recruitment across 6 locations
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Annual budget and reporting for HR
  • Supporting company-wide legislation changes, updating policies
  • Management of employee records on HRIS
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff

What you'll need to succeedYou will be supporting 5 directors on their day-to-day HR operations, from annual pay reviews, through to coaching managers on all HR matters such as performance management and development.

  • Experience of working in a standalone HR role for a company with sub >100 headcount
  • Ideally, working within a sales focused client group, i.e. front office, sales etc...
  • Knowledge of coaching management level on HR queries to upskill
  • Recent experience being in an HR standalone role in the same organisation for 3+ years
