HR Manager Part Time

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager with a strong background in hotel or hospitality management to support our team on a temporary basis for around 2 months. This role is starting ASAP.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team for a 2-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in employee relations (ER) and a proven track record in the hospitality sector. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to commit to a 2-month temporary assignment.
