The ideal candidate will have a solid background in employee relations (ER) and a proven track record in the hospitality sector. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hotel or hospitality industry.
