Our client is a global scale up tech business based in the City of London.  Due to continued growth and changes in the business they are looking to recruit a HR Operations Manager reporting to a brilliant Chief People Officer.

A Hybrid role (3 days) paying up to £95,000 you will be responsible for working with the leadership team developing the people and culture of the business and helping the business grow further.

You will be responsible

  • Manage and develop their HR and Culture teams across global regions, providing Support, coaching and Guidance on all people related matters
  • Ensure the timely processing and accuracy of global payrolls in the UK, US, and APAC, identifying and implementing Improvements
  • Work with the CPO on key people projects, including performance reviews, engagement plans, change management, and reward programs
  • Supervise the talent acquisition team, also help enhance their EVP, and create a world class recruitment experience
  •  Help and support the CPO as a trusted advisor, supporting in the completion and delivery of our global people strategy.
  •  Business Partner with senior leaders to handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance across countries
  • Create and design people metrics, analyse trends, and implement strategies to enhance engagement and performance
  •  Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, systems, reporting, and policy development to ensure global compliance
  • Keep abreast of employment laws and industry trends in the UK, US, and APAC regions, adapting policies and practices accordingly

Experience needed

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR candidate, managing employee relations, payroll, and HR policies across global regions, plus additional HR experience (5+ years).
  • Someone who is hands on and happy to do a full range of HR work, no job too small or large
  • CIPD qualified would be an advantage
  •  Global HR experience is ideal but US market and employment legislation is needed also experience of working with APAC teams is highly advantageous
  •  A track record of managing HR teams across time zones and driving people-focused projects like technology implementation, engagement strategies, and transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with HiBob and Workable would really help
  • Outstanding communication and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, from C-suite to employees
  •  A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  •  Willingness to visit our global offices as required
